ILTA 2013: Tips for Attendees

Will you or a colleague attend the ILTA show this year?

ILTA 2013 will no doubt be a whirlwind. With educational sessions, peer-to-peer networking, one-on-one meetings, the exhibitor hall and other special events, you’re sure to be busy.

While industry events like the ILTA Conference can provide an excellent opportunity for you to advance your business goals, one thing is for sure – time passes quickly. In light of this, we’ve compiled a few tips on how you can make the most of your time at the ILTA Conference:

#1: Set Clear Intentions

What are you trying to achieve as a result of attending this year’s conference? Are you focused on learning best practices? Exploring potential software vendors? Networking with peers? Take a few moments to set clear intentions of “what success looks like” in terms of your attendance and which outcomes you are working toward.

#2: Create a Plan According to Your Goals

Familiarize yourself with the program and locations of conference events. Plan your time and locations based on the goals that you’ve set.

#3: Leave Room for Serendipity

Be sure to leave some room in your schedule to take advantage of opportunities for last-minute or spur-of-the moment networking. At a conference like this, you never know who you might meet or what you might learn.

Also, be sure to visit Bellefield in the Exhibitor Hall (Booth #245) to register to win a $250 gift card to Tiffany & Co. and other prizes! You can also register online at: http://go.bellefield.com/ilta2013
